Available in 5 sizes, adjustable for custom fit. Outside: strong (passes 12kg punch test) with insulated mesh; pliable, felt-filled sewn-in bib (largest allowable) that lays close to the jacket, protecting the neck, unlike stiff bibs that curl up dangerously around the edges. This European-made foil keeps its shape much better than the Chinese blades and lasts longer, too. The X-Treme Foil is also engineered to give better balance. There is extra width from the middle to the base of the blade; this puts the weight down into the hand and leaves the point much easier to direct. The steel is high quality and allows the blade to retain its shape and balance over long periods of battering. The blade was in fact designed for strong flickers who like a controllable blade, as the bottom portion is wide and stable and the top is both strong and flexible, owing to its lesser bulk and better steel.
